Our Pricing Model: Clear, Predictable, and Built for Real Clients
We use a blended structure that keeps your monthly costs manageable while still aligning our interests with yours through a contingency fee if we win.
One‑Time Retainer — $500
This covers the federal filing fee (currently $405) and opens your case.
Monthly Support Fee — $250
A flat, subscription‑style payment that continues only while your case is active. This provides predictable monthly costs and ensures ongoing support throughout your matter.
Contingency Fee — 40%
If your case results in a recovery, our contingency fee is 40%. This means you owe nothing additional unless we obtain a settlement or judgment on your behalf.
